Some Crazy Dancers!

We have told a few people about this. Robby and Jenna have developed their own pow wow style dance involving random letters. You have to watch the video to appreciate it! Here is the link...

Oh, and as a bonus, in the middle you get to see Jenna do karate!

Easter Fun!

Well Easter at our house brings some very silly things. You can look at the following images, but for some you will just have to watch our Easter String Surprise video (linked below) to find out more...

Here are some more of Robby and Jenna's Easter surprises.

Jenna really got into the Easter Egg hunt portion of the surprise.

She especially liked to find out what was in each egg and wanted to sample every eggs' contents! We also had a hard time getting her to part with the eggs long enough to collect the candy. Oh, and while emptying the eggs we found one other Easter visitor, ants. They decided to share some of our jelly beans. Luckily, they only found one of the eggs!

Easter Pageant 2007

Easter Pageant this year has come and gone. It was another great experience dancing again on stage. I was cast as one of the dancers in the Parable of the Ten Virgins from the New Testament again. This year the pageant was even better than last year, and I was totally grateful to be a part of it. My camera battery was dead the night we did group pictures so I am hoping to get a copy of the whole group from someone else. Anyhow, this is a picture of me with my authentic Roman lamp that Robby and I bought while we were in Civita, Italy. It was quite the experience trying to get it lit. If you want to hear the details, just ask me. Trying to light this lamp gave me a greater appreciation for the parable. I can attest from personal experience that it would have been next to impossible for the wise virgins to have shared their oil with the foolish virgins.
And here I am with my lamp lit.

Good Morning with Chap and Jenna

I got up one Saturday morning to see this in the living room...

Aren't they cute snuggled together?!

A new website for a friend...

I am just going to take a moment to let you know about a website that I designed for a good friend of mine who is also trying to adopt. You can see the finished product (including the flash intro that I created - its pretty basic, but I truly enjoyed putting it together) at:

www.justinandchristie.com

Check it out! I have been contemplating doing web design as a side "business," and might pursue it. This next week I am beginning a site design for a doctor in our ward. If I did do this as a business I would only be able to take on one site at a time since I do all of my work during Jenna's nap time. We'll see... the possibilities are intriguing to me.
