Jenna's First Birthday Party
A few Saturdays ago, Jenna was super excited to get to go to her first birthday party. The party was for one of Jenna's nursery friends. You should have heard her talk about it beforehand... "I get to go to a party and play games and have cake and ice cream cone!" Apparently, they didn't have ice cream, and I think she may have protested a little (I wasn't there, so I hope not!) When we were driving home, she realized that they had not had the ice cream, and she tried to convince me to go back so that she could have ice cream, too! I think this has gotten her all excited about having her own birthday party soon. It's only a month and a half away... I guess I have some planning to do!

Jenna, you are adorable and already soo tan!
When I read Jenna's birthday is only a month and a half away I got a little leap in my stomach, because that means my little Annia is just about to turn a year, since she and Jenna share a birthday (two years apart)! We will be in Sweden and have her party with that side of the family and our friends there. Yay! Hope Jenna's birthday turns out well. As we learned with Elina this year, planning is half the fun!
