I'm jealous of that Bosch. This morning I made my mother inn law's bread recipe- Her Bosch handles the 16 cups of flour no prob. I halved the recipe and my little kitchen aid couldn't even handle 8 :( I wouldn't have been a very good pioneer.
I love the rolls that you make with your new Bosch mixer too!!!
